• We will refund any non-bespoke items you are not happy with within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned item. 

 

• We are unable to accept returns for any bespoke orders

 

• The Buyer is responsible for any return postage costs

• We highly recommend that you send any items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost post

Please note:

Our soft toys are currently going through the rigorous testing processes required to meet European Safety Standards EN71 to ensure they are suitable from birth. Until we have our certification, we cannot sell these as toys for children and should be for decorative use or children over 14 years of age.

 

Please ensure that all tags are removed before use, as well as ribbons, masks and scarves before giving to children to play with

Sponge clean only with cold water with the exception of the newborn bunny. This can be washed at 40degrees and tumble dried on low.
